Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive two emails from us. The first email will be sent immediately and will include the invoice. The second email, which contains the login details and instructions, will follow shortly after. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. In rare cases, delivery of your order may take up to 8 hours.

how many devices can I use at the same time?

Up to 6 devices are supported, but this depends on your order. When selecting the desired duration, you also need to choose the number of connections required. The number of connections refers to how many devices you can use simultaneously.

my credit/debit card payment failed, why?

There are many reasons why a debit/credit card transaction might fail, whether due to the website, our bank, or the issuing bank. If you experience a payment failure, please try the following methods: Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, and then try again. Try using a different card. We recommend using PayPal, as it has a very high success rate. If you don’t have PayPal, you can still pay with your card by selecting PayPal as the payment method on the checkout page, then clicking on “debit/credit card” and entering the required information.
